A signed copy of the written quotation outlining the details of the assignment and our full terms and conditions will be required before work commences.

Arrangements can be terminated by either party providing 30 days notice in writing.

The main responsibility for the proofing of any work lies with the customer who will be required to sign off the work.

We will do our very best to ensure that work is completed and released to your timescale. Should any delays occur in the agreed timescale you will be informed immediately.

All personal data in relation to a customer will be held in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not be held liable for any legal repercussions or complaints received from the recipients of unsolicited mail sent on your behalf. It is your responsibility to ensure the legality of any information.

For insurance purposes visitors are not permitted to our premises.
